Solar Vô João guarantees only the apartment requested for booking.

 Booking may be requested via phone, e-mail or through this website and is subject to availability.

To request booking through this website, follow the steps: 

1 – Search for availability

2- Choose the accommodation that best suits you

3 – Confirm dates for check-in and check-out

4 – Fill in the form with your personal information and hit Send

5 - After that you’ll receive and e-mail from us with the information for your reservation and banking details to pay the deposit

6 – Send us the receipt to reserva@solarvojoao.com.br and we’ll send you the booking confirmation.

7 - Yay!

There’s no elevator. So, if this is a problem for you, please request the apartments on the ground floor.

This accommodation considers children aged 6 years and over as adults.

During check-in you must pay the remaining amount of your reservation.

Under no circumstances will they be returned daily after check-in and occupation of the apartment.

We do not accept checks.

All bookings must be paid in BRL currency.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so by writing us an e- mail requesting it.

We do not provide cribs or extra mattresses.

Pets are not accepted.

We have a flexible cancellation policy: get a full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before check-in. There’s no refund for no show.

Late check-out is subject to a 100% of the room charge. All late check-outs are subject to availability.

We don’t have a 24-hour reception, so please inform us your time of arrival.

During check-in, you’ll get two keys: one for the main entrance of the building and one for your apartment, and also the air-conditioning and TVs control. Be careful with the keys and controls, if you lose them, inform the staff immediately. There’ll be a charge for a new set of keys and controls . All keys and controls must be returned during check-out.

The apartment is to be used only by the people who booked it. External visits require prior consent from management.

All damages will be charged from the guests who caused them.

Children under 14 must always be supervised by an adult guest during your stay.

Each guest is responsible and liable for safekeeping their belongings.

Guests must always make sure the doors are closed and locked.

Special attention is required regarding noise in the common areas.

Smoking is prohibited inside the building.

Parties / events are not allowed.

This property does not allow stag and hen parties and similar parties.
